ReED Nasi rossi nell’educativa della prima infanzia: approcci educativi innovativi per insegnanti ed educatori ECEC è un progetto europeo Erasmus che mira a rafforzare la qualità e l’inclusività dell’educazione e della cura della prima infanzia (ECEC) introducendo approcci educativi innovativi ispirati alla pedagogia clownesca.
L’obiettivo di ReED è quello di creare una metodologia che combini l’esperienza di educazione non formale di teatro C’art con le competenze formali degli insegnanti ECEC provenienti da Italia, Germania e Grecia.
Questo progetto sostiene lo sviluppo socio-emotivo dei bambini e la creazione di ambienti scolastici inclusivi.
ReED si concentra sullo sviluppo professionale degli educatori, sulla promozione dell’inclusione e del rispetto della diversità e sul coinvolgimento attivo delle famiglie. Si concentra sulla fascia d’età 3-6 anni (ISCED 020) e i suoi risultati chiave includono un manuale metodologico co-creato e testato, attività e strumenti di coinvolgimento dei genitori e una conferenza internazionale finale per diffondere i risultati e promuovere la cooperazione a lungo termine tra i settori ECEC e culturali.
Il progetto è stato realizzato da ottobre 2024 a febbraio 2026 e ha coinvolto il Teatro C’art APS (IT) come lead partner, L’Istituto Comprensivo di Castelfiorentino (IT), Pestalozzi-FröbelHaus (DE) e Akata Makata (EL) come partner.

Red noses in early childhood education: innovative educational approaches for ECEC teachers and educators (ReED) is a European Erasmus project that aims to strengthen the quality and inclusiveness of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) by introducing innovative educational approaches inspired by clown pedagogy.
ReED’s objective is to create a methodology that combines the non-formal education experience of the arts organisation teatro C’art, with the formal expertise of ECEC teachers from Italy, Germany and Greece.
This project supports children’s socialemotional development and the creation of inclusive classroom environments.
ReED focuses on the professional development of educators, the promotion of inclusion and respect for diversity, and the active involvement of families. It focuses on the 3-6 age group (ISCED 020) and its key outcomes include a co-created and tested methodology handbook, parental engagement activities and tools, and a final international conference to disseminate results and foster long-term cooperation across ECEC and cultural sectors.
The project ran from October 2024 to February 2026 and involved the Teatro C’art APS (IT) as lead partner and the Castelfiorentino Comprehensive School (IT), Pestalozzi-FröbelHaus (DE) and Akata Makata (EL) as partners.
